A modern sedentary work culture and urban lifestyle pushes us to make unhealthy choices that sooner or later take a toll on our physical and mental health. More and more people suffer from obesity, metabolic syndrome, burnout, fatigue, back pain, neck pain, high blood pressure, insomnia, depression and anxiety.

This modern epidemic of busyness and overabundance of information makes it challenging to navigate the contradictory wellness world and to implement lasting changes to one’s routine.

8 weeks Qi, Energy and Health Coaching is unique opportunity to work with me to identify solutions to boost your Qi, energy, enhance your health, improve productivity and find your balance.

This is an individualized custom health coaching 101 with an emphasis on Qigong, meditation, mindfulness, yoga and energy arts. I will evaluate your daily routine and based on your goals, I will help you find health hacks and solutions to achieve them.

Qigong Private Classes

Learning Qigong in a one-on-one setting is the fastest and the most effective way to immerse and fully comprehend the practice. I will design a Qigong practice that is most beneficial and resonant to your body, mind, and heart and will guide you step by step to learn this amazing arts.

Personal Qigong lessons will support you in gaining a deeper understanding of the different practices I teach while considering your personal limitations and goals. Personal instructions aim to support you in developing your own thriving Qigong practice. Qigong is enjoyable and its health benefits are enormous!
